Identify your stressors.
This concept is a pretty simple one - you can’t relieve your stress if you don’t know the key stressors. Consider keeping a journal for a week to identify those situations that make you feel the most agitated and then tackle these on an individual basis.
With the growing digital world, you have the ability to stay connected 24/7, but do you really want to? Instead of giving out your personal mobile number and setting emails to arrive to your phone, consider investing in a work only mobile phone and switch it off in your downtime. It’s important that you maintain a work-life balance, if you’re constantly expecting that important call or email then your body never has the chance to de-stress.
